  • Machine or hand wash separately in cold water.
  • Turn garment inside out for washing.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not tumble dry or dry clean.
  • Touch up with a cool iron. Do not iron decoration.

Shipping
• Orders within Lagos are fulfilled within 3 – 5 business days.
• Nationwide deliveries across Nigeria arrive within 3 – 7 business days.
• International orders are delivered within 5 – 10 business days.
• Kindly ensure all shipping details are accurate for a smooth and timely delivery experience.

Note that CAPTAIN ATELIER or T. I NATHAN is not responsible for any customs or import charges on orders outside of Nigeria.

Key Observation 
• Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
• Shipping timelines and fees apply from the moment you receive your confirmation email.
• Please note that certain orders may require additional verification, which could extend processing or delivery time.

Return policy: 
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with the original hang tag attached and packaging intact.
 
Return your package to any DHL, GIG, FED EX store or designated drop-off point.
If you prefer to use a different courier instead of the provided pre-paid label, kindly ship your return to the address stated on your return voucher.
CAPTAIN ATELIER or T. I NATHAN is not liable for lost shipments, and shipping costs cannot be reimbursed in such cases.
 
Exchange Policy:
Items purchased may be exchanged for another piece of equal value.
All items for exchange must be in pristine condition — unworn, with hang tags attached, and presented in their original packaging.
 
Please Note:
Pieces purchased during seasonal sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
